Day 10... curling gone wild

Our mostly male enclave of technical geniuses, audio mixers, producers and me is blessedly off the beaten path here at NBC. Hidden away at the end of a hallway like the psych ward at a prison. If you're not looking for us you are unlikely to ever stumble into our world. One of yesterday's major topics of discussion was which women's curling team is the hottest. The consensus was not the Americans, nor the Swedes or any of the obvious choices. Believe it or not it was the Russians. I'm sure that to our hosts this means even more than a gold medal. But of course it's still just the qualifying round so anything can happen.
